Hilarious!
I was remembering the funniest day ever! It was when Brayden was 13 years old and he and I went golfing at Four Lakes. He was backing up the golf cart when he noticed he was getting close to one of the lakes. Instead of pushing the brake, he bailed out of the golf cart. The golf cart went in the lake, but just the back two tires. Luckily, I found some strong men, on the course, who lifted it out of the lake. We laughed so hard! It is an amazing memory that totally makes me laugh out loud! I love you my amazing son! ♥

Dear Brayden,
Things have been really blue and sad with out you here. I miss you and the greatest dog in the world, Maverik. I missed you on your birthday, you are now sixteen, and that is the greatest thing.
Love,
Hailey. :)

Brayden's Favorite Quote
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

Cowboys, Con Queso, Ladders, and Nuckles
Such fun and amazing memories....Beginning at about 18 months old, Brayden wore his boots EVERYWHERE and with EVERYTHING...or with nothing at all! He also loved to wear his Spiderman costume, everywhere, with the cowboy boots.
He not only loved his boots but also cowboy hats and horses. In this picture, Brayden is eating Tostitos Salsa Con Queso, he loved to eat it by the spoonful!
I have tons of picutures of him on play horses, real horses, and in his cowboy gear. The movie, "Toy Story" was very popular and he loved the character "Woody".
I remember when Brayden was learning to pull himself up, at around 8 months old, his Dad had a ladder standing up against the house and he loved to climb it...with me standing right behind him, of course. Then, one day, just after Brayden turned 2, his Dad was hanging up Christmas lights and I received a phone call from my neighbor, Trulene, who lived across the street. She frantically informed me that Brayden was on the roof. Russ had climbed down on the ladder, from the roof, to get more lights and while he was busy Brayden climbed the ladder and got on the roof. When Russ got back on the roof, he found Brayden up there just running around and playing....NO FEAR!
And of course, let's not forget the famous cowlick! See it?!! Such a stylin' baby boy!
"Nuckles" right back at you my sweet baby!
I love you!

Brayden's Snake
Although it made my skin crawl, Brayden loved his snake. He was very proud of how big it was getting, in length as well as around. The night of Dad's birthday party he was showing it off to everyone. I love you, Brayden! Mom
